Life is Busy and Crazy and I am way behind!

So I am so behind in blogging. I have put it on my to do list but it never seems to be the most important thing to get done. So tonight I am wanting to get caught up so i am just putting pictures on the blog and talking about the pictures so I can try to get caught up! There are some from July and August!

This summer has been so much fun! We have spent ALOT of time at the pool, Sarah and Jonathan could be there everyday! They love it! I feel so blessed that I can bee home now and not miss out, I KNOW that it was a blessing from Heavenly Father! I have been thinking lately how much I love being a mother and LOVE my children and know that this special time I have with them as little children will be gone in a blink of an eye! As Gordon is growing so fast and doesn't want to be a baby long, I cherish these moments and try to hold onto them! SO with that said blogging has been put on the back burner!

Happy Birthday Dave! We celebrated Dave's Birthday early cause of work and when we both had time off. We went to Tucano's for lunch (which we both felt sick afterwards) then we went to Harry Potter that night (and we went on a Tuesday so we got tickets for 10 bucks!!!)

Dave got off at 8 pm on his Birthday, so Sarah and Jonathan stayed up and we sang Happy Birthday and gave cake! Jonathan made Daddy this Lego masterpiece! He decided to do it all on his own! It was so thoughtful, Jonathan loves birthdays and was so excited!

Dave was given a cupcake at work, so he split it with the kids! They LOVED the icing! (that is all they ate of it)

Jonathan and Sarah wanted to have a sleep over! So I finally let them! And this is Sarah all tuckered out!

One night for Family Night we went to a local Museum and the kids loved being able to see a real snake and even touch it!

She just loves it and I think that it is helping her with her sensory issues! Grammy and papa gave Sarah this cover up and she loves it since it has to do with swimming

I just love these pictures of Jonathan and Sarah as they play in the sprinklers! As you can see in there faces the pure fun that they are having!

This is frequently how we find Jonathan when we tuck him in for the night! We did the summer reading problem at the library and this is one of the books they got. The other one I Love is Llama Red Pajama (I think that I relate to it so well- it is a funny book!)

My dear friend Kirsti came into town and we got together with Mary Joy and my Mom, oh and Gordon for lunch! It was so great to see her and she what she has been up to! She is making a difference in the world for good and I am so impressed with her ambition! I love you Kirsti!

Jonathan and Sarah were just THRILLED to get new clothes from Abby and Benny! This is some new PJs! You will find Sarah pulling out clothes that are too hot and she will repeat "Abby gave me, Abby gave me" or "Abby" pointing to the clothes!

I bought a 40 lb box of bananas for 5 bucks! So we froze them, Dave helped me peel and freeze them! We use lots and lots of them for smoothies!

We love our passes and one of the things we can do with them is go to baseball games! Jonathan and Sarah loved the Owl!

We went miniature golfing and the kids love it! Dave held Gordon! What a great Dad! (Another thing we got to do with our passes).

Trying to get caught up

I am so behind in my blogging, I think that the last time I blogged was back in June! So this is a long post to get me caught up! Hope you make it to the end!

1. Sisters Weekend! At the end of June, we went up to Bear Lake and enjoyed our time together! However I never took any pictures and I neglected getting pictures from my Mom! This is the treat that I brought home, they loved it!

2. Playing together! Aren't they so cute with there Sunglasses on!

3. 4th of July! We had a great 4th of July weekend! We enjoyed going to the hot air balloons early in the morning and then have a BBQ that night.

It was rather cold and so the hot air balloons had a hard time getting up into the sky. So Well we waited Jonathan was able to push the leaver that helped bring the air balloon up.

He loved it, this was his face after. So proud!

On Monday we went to the parade and Jonathan just loved, and Sarah enjoyed trying to take care of Joseph.

That night Daddy and Uncle Jason put on a great show for us all, Sarah enjoyed going to different people. She enjoyed it a lot more this year then in the past.

4. Pioneer Breakfast! Jonathan and Sarah enjoyed the ward pioneer breakfast and the various activities!

5. CLEANING- we have been doing a lot of this around our house along with painting and fixing our house up to put it on the market to sell. We finally have it up for sell, not offers yet!

This is my parents steam cleaner that I used on our grout. It was amazing I loved it. If you look on the left corner you can see what the grout should look like!

6. Celebrating Dave's Birthday! We went to Tucanos for Dave's Birthday and really enjoyed it this year!

7. Martins Cove Trek- I was able to go to Martins Cove with my ward as the trek nurse. It was an amazing experience. I am so thankful that I asked to go so that I could have that experience!

8. And most important WE ARE EXPECTING!!!

We are excited to bring another little on into our family! I am due the end of January, and am 15 weeks along. I am feeling a lot better, the month of June was the hardest and am glad that I am in my second trimester! (With everything that has been going on I just haven't been able to get on the blog- I was going to post earlier about it- it just didn't happen).

Happenings

So blogging these days just seems to be on the bottom of the to do list, and with that also reading blogs just doesn't seem to be happening. But maybe life will slow down in the fall and I can get back to normal life! Here are a few things that we have been up to!

Before it got hot here, Jonathan came home after having school lunches and said that he was cold! This is how he decided to get warm!
I painted Sarah's toes and she loved it! She thought they were so pretty and when she saw mine or hers she would say "Pretty". The next day after she got them done, the first thing she did was show Kristi she sat on the ground and took her clogs off and showed her her toes! She was so proud!

Jonathan is SO excited about Disneyland and the Beach!!! It use to be the Beach and then Disneyland, but it has changed! So a few weeks ago we got this magazine in the newspaper for Disneyland and Southern California. Jonathan saw it and fell in love with it! As you can see! This is how Dave and I found him one night after falling asleep. I will find him looking at it when he is suppose to be getting ready for preschool! He is so excited!!!

Jonathan is still working on stay dry through the night. Well, he knows the routine if he does wet the bed. He changes his clothes and then comes and tells me. I usually am to tried to do anything about it so he will climb into bed with me! Dave when he was getting ready for work and I was still asleep!

Sarah has really started to play with the rocking horse frequently, which makes Jonathan want to ply with it frequently also! I thought this was cute, of them both trying to ride the horse!
This past week we went to, I think, our last activity with Jonathan's school! We went to the pool again; this time it was great! Sarah loved it and actually became a little dare devil in the water! She walked tons and every time she fell in the water she would laugh!

Jonathan loved it also! Jonathan played in this one area that sprayed water and dumped water. He also loved to float on his back, it was very enjoyable!
Since it is nearing the end of the summer, I am excited for next summer of going to the pool since they both enjoy it!

This is just very cute of Sarah, I love it! It brings a quick smile to my face!

Spending Time with Grandma and Grandpa

Grandma and Grandpa come to visit and Jonathan just loves to play with someone new! We decided that after Dave was done with school and I was done with Doctors for the kids we would go on a bike ride!Well Jonathan was ready! He didn't understand why he couldn't go like this!
