| Dad was so happy to see friends come and help with the concrete slab...it eased his mind too. Dad had so many thing on his mind before he felt at ease to go. He told me and Loretta a list of all the things that needed to get done around the house...so everyone worked together to get things done. I had made cinnamon rolls for the men that came to help...I had promised Dad on Fathers Day that when I came out their I would make him some. Well, I made a double batch and he really really wanted it and he even was going to sit and eat it the night before but then became sick to his stomach. |
