End of January

Sarah went to this really cool Princess party at the end of January...and the young lady that put it on just did it cause...she came home with an awesome quote they sent us this picture...it was just wonderful for Sarah!
We have been waiting 10 months for Sarah to get this specific test and one day I called and they said they had an opening then next morning so I hurried and arranged things for the boys and Sarah and I spent the day at the Mayo...she was a good sport and loved getting a treat (soda since we never have it).  We get the results tomorrow!!!

Gordon did his screen to see if he needed help for school and he is great...he was very excited to get tested like his sister.  And I finally put the patches on his scout shirt...he loves scouts.

We were able to do some service as a family and it was a good experience!

Jonathans Date with Mommy

Jonathan was really excited to go on his date...we went shopping and got a treat and then played the Wii...although Mommy had to remind Jonathan that it was a us thing not a he thing. ;)  Its nice spening this one on one time with each one of my children!

Gordon turns 4 years old

On Sunday night Gordon said goodbye to 3...he said that he will miss three!  Jonathan and Sarah were very excited about Gordon's Birthday and fulfilling his request of having decorations!  Jonathan was the most excited he could barely sleep...On his Birthday Gordon requested Pancakes for Breakfast... and then we took the kids to school since Daddy worked early...and on the way home Gordon wanted to run home so when we got to our street I let him off...Later he had one of his friends over to play...in the afternoon we walked to Jonathan and Sarah and then walked the rest home...that night Gordon wanted a pizza picnic in his room; which he thought was wonderful.. he wanted a family movie night and requested Jake and the Neverland pirates with treats...then we had cake and presents...Gordon really wants a trampoline so we got him a little one for the inside to get energy off...everyone loves it...Gordon was a little disappointed cause he wanted one like JJ had...we told him at the next house...Gordon loved finding his cake and had a really good Birthday!

Third week of January

Helping Daddy make Brownies.

I got this wreath for free and I think that it could go through February...I love it!  We finally decided to get a treadmill and we love it...its nice to be able to run when the kids are sleeping or naps or if I need just to walk a bit...Dave usually only has a small amount of time and it is great for him so he can workout during the week!

My funny Henry...Dave in charge of family home evening and making what he is talking about exciting and hands on!

Sledding for Martin Luther

Dave had the day off on Martin Luther King so we had a fun family day... we went to the mall and played in the play area...and then the kids wanted to really go sledding even though their wasn't tons of snow... so in the afternoon we went and everyone had a blast.  Everyone started at the big hill...and it is fast and you have to stop yourself if not you will land in the street... well Sarah flew down once and then flew over the stop point and then hit a sign post she was okay just a little muddy....Henry Gordon and I went to the smaller hill and it was perfect for Gordon and Henry...Henry soon found this slide...then everyone came down too...everyone sled with Daddy!
