End of June

Picking Sarah up after her fun fun party at Sister Hunsaker's house.  She had a blast!

Although Sarah is on top of the Monkey Bars here, she conquered crossing the monkey bars all by herself!

Enjoying Swimming lessons...this was our first summer having lessons and the kids loved it especially Sarah!

This was the beginning of the end... oh how I wanted to be there when he was first admitted.  But, I had a wise and loving husband that knew I wanted to be there and knew that we would never regret being there during this time and oh how grateful I am that we left the next week to be there and how we had a vacation already scheduled so we could cancel that one and go out to Utah to be with my Dad and family!

Sarah was just so concerned about Papa and this is what I found in the mail box that needed to go to Papa!

enjoying a ice cream treat!

Laura Ingalls Museum

We decided to go and see Laura Ingalls home in Pepin WI.  It was a beautiful drive out there, and we had fun looking at the little museum and then we drove about 10 miles to where a replica of her home was made...we realized that Sarah and Laura are birthday buddies just about a hundred years apart!

Finishing up school...start of summer

Sarah's Primary teacher from church was moving at the end of June so in the middle of June she had a party for Sarah's class (it is 5 girls).  Sarah couldn't wait and she could wait for Sister Hunsaker to give her an invitation...the day finally came that she got her invitation!

End of 1st grade for Jonathan

Our friend had her annual end of school ice cream sampling party!  The kids of course loved it!

We started the summer off with a Family Movie night!

This was one of the last Sundays that I taught my 4-5 year olds in church before I was released!

Starting the summer off right with reading lots of books
