| That Day we just enjoyed being with Dad and being next to him and soaking in the last days her on this earth. In the afternoon Dad was more alert and want to give each of the Grandkids a two dollar bill...cause Dad use to get them as a kid for birthdays and things and he thought they were really neat! He signed them for them. Spidey (JoJo) even came to visit him which put a smile on Papa's face! Leslie cut Dads hair one last time, he sat in the wheelchair so she could do it. Lydia made that blue bracelet for Papa and wanted him to have it and also wanted him to be buried with it. It was a special time to be together...our family all grew closer together then we ever have during this time. |
