Diapering System

We do cloth diapers, and now that Jonathan is eating real food. It isn't that fun changing (plus cleaning ) his diaper. So we got this handy little sprayer from cottonbabies.com. Let me tell you it is wonderful and powerful. Dave installed it yesterday and I love it already!

I admire you for doing cloth diapers. I am too lazy to even think about it!

I love that you do it. Does it save you a lot compared to buying diapers?? I have wanted to look into it but I want it to be worth it.

I think it is worth it- Jonathan just turned 7 months- and we have spent about 175-200 dollars. I am not sure, how much you spend- but I will be able to use these for the next kids, cause they aren't worn out at all! Let me know if you are really serious and I can direct you to the best sites!

Yeah that would be great. I want to get more info on it and see exactly what you have to do. And if not this one then to start it on my next!!! Thanks, I appreciate it.

Well, there are two sites that I like www.cottonbabies.com and dydeediapers.com. The last site is the cheapest- I do prefold dipers and prowraps. For each stage I buy 24 diapers and 6 covers, wash about ever other day. On cotton babies it has other things and tell you how to wash- I first wash on cold with baking soda then hot with detergent and vinegar. Then dry- line dry the covers! I think it is worth it! The sooner you start the better- cause the cheaper it will be for you in the long run! Good luck!

Thanks for the info. I think I am going to do it. So I just need to buy the cloth diapers and then by the diaper covers??? Do I need pins?? Do I need to buy different ones for overnight or any other products???? Hopefully I do it right and buy all the right things. Sorry for all of my questions I am just trying to figure it out!!! Thanks for all of your help with this.

No pins are needed for the ones that I use. It looks a lot like a diaper- you have the diper (it looks like a normal ones) you put the prefold diper in the cover and put it on! I can send you pic if you want I need you email I think Kristi has it- it is a system! I sprayer isn't needed just nice!
