My thoughts

This is how the first day of spring is here in Minnesota! Yes, at the beginning of the week I was having a hard time.  But, I know that SPRING will come (maybe not when I am use to, but it) I am giving it two more weeks till I just will be going running outside.  I hope it isn't 5 degrees, like it was today when I woke!
Other then the weather, we are adjusting well (well doing are best). We really like it here, the people are very friendly and kind.  I finally got a job as a home health nurse working one night a week; although HH is not big out here which makes the pay less then I hoped for.  But it is better then nothing.  I also have been babysitting here and there, which Jonathan loves because the boy is his age and they get along great!
We are trying to reach out and make new friends here, we enjoy Sunday dinner a few times a month with different family and enjoy different company (but I sure miss talking and eating with my parents, siblings and grandparents).  We had a movie night with two families in our ward, and had a blast with them!  We also had a date night with another couple from our ward, and the kids played with there kids.  It fun, to get to know people that our not just our age!
I am adjusting to being a mother of four!  At times it is crazy; but I love having them around me!  Henry is such a good little guy!  He loves to be held, but enjoys laying on his back and looking at his hands too!  Heavenly Father, really blessed me with an easy baby and knew that I would be here in Minnesota without extended family to help.  I know that he is straightening me and my children.
I LOVE when Dave has a day off, we try to get out.  Sometimes it is something fun, and other times it is just running errands as a family! I am very good at hibernating!  Dave is working hard trying to build the membership at Costco and teaching his team how to do that.  Dave is learning so much here, and it has been a great thing moving out here!
As I have said I really enjoy my children close, and love teaching Jonathan at home for school.  I can be over the top sometime, and I had my wise sister give me a good talking to about relaxing and making sure that Jonathan is having fun and that he is doing very well with where he is at with reading and math.  It was what I needed to hear, and it has made a daily routine so much easier for me.  Sarah is doing preschool at a school in town, and she is bussed there and I am soooo glad I don't have to take her.  She has made big improvements since she has started here in December.  I have a big decision to make of either to keep her back in preschool another year or send her to kindergarten with help.  I still don't know what the best thing for her.  I know she would just like to be home with me.  But I feel at this time for our family, it would be the best thing to have her in public school.  We will see what I decide next year!
I am teaching the 11-12 year old in church, and it is a learning experience.  I have never taught this age group!  I overall enjoy it, but some Sundays are hard and other good!

I'm glad you guys are enjoying it out there--yeah, that picture of the snow is just how I picture Minnesota! But I hear the summers there are absolutely beautiful, and midwesterners are just the best, best people.
